The General Conditions of Sale are continually accessible on the site and take precedence over any other version or any other contradictory document. Delivery

Each order is hand-prepared by me and is sent within 5 to 18 days according to the choosen product. You will receive a confirmation email after paying for your order.

The delivery time provided for in the confirmation of your order is given for purely indicative purposes and does not constitute a commitment on my part. Any delays do not give the buyer any right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods from the delivery person or request damages. Delivery is mainly by post.

The risk of transport is not borne by the seller. In the event of damaged products, please contact your postal office customer service as a priority, then, if necessary, Jennifer Cutullic/CosyFolkShop via the Contact form.

The information provided by the buyer when placing the order binds the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details or personal information. Jennifer Cutullic cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Any order with an incorrect address will be returned at your expense.

For letters and parcels sent to other countries: La Poste (French postal services) ensures delivery of the letters to the border. Beyond that, the letters are handled and are the responsibility of the local operator, which is responsible for flashing upon delivery.

Price

The prices of products sold through this website are indicated in Euros and precisely determined on the product description pages. They are also indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) on the product order page, and excluding specific shipping/delivery costs. Returns and exchanges

For international orders, no refund, no exchange can be supported by the "small" business owner / seller.
